Don’s skill is in using stories, real life experiences and examples to teach and inspire his clients to take action. These experiences translate into a clear understanding of how clients can improve sales, business development and customer service functions through better personal communications skills.
Don is also the best-selling author of “SELLING: IT’S PERSONAL, 49 Tips to Outsell the Competition,” he writes a monthly newsletter, blogs and has written numerous national articles, as well as appeared on radio, TV, cable and Webinar interviews.
Don has a unique business perspective having grown-up in a family-owned business. He majored in communications and has over 30 years of experience in senior management positions with regional, national and a multinational corporations.
